  • My first responsibility as design director was to work with users and stakeholders to develop a product matrix that aligned the needs of salespeople with development opportunities. Accent Technologies had a confusing array of aging desktop products and they'd lost their edge in the sales enablement space. In stages, we built webapps, native mobile apps, and Salesforce plugins that matched platform with process, and established an extensible ecosystem of Accent products.
